Cancellation Policy

Overview

We understand that circumstances change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling tutoring sessions and subscriptions with our platform.

Session Cancellations

Students and parents may cancel scheduled tutoring sessions with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in a charge.

To cancel a session, please log into your account and navigate to your dashboard. Select the session you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel Session" button. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

If you need to reschedule a session instead of canceling, you may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost, subject to instructor availability.

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly subscription plans may be canceled at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

To cancel your subscription, log into your account, navigate to your subscription settings, and select "Cancel Subscription." You will be asked to confirm your cancellation and may be prompted to provide feedback.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following terms:

• Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
• Single session credits: No refunds for unused credits

Instructor Cancellations

If an instructor cancels a scheduled session, you will be notified immediately and offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit toward future sessions.
