Purpose
Educa Tutoring Inc. occasionally takes photos and videos during tutoring sessions and events. These may be used for social media, website, promotional, and marketing purposes.

 

You grant Educa Tutoring Inc. permission to use such images and recordings in accordance with the conditions below.

Consent Agreement

1. Authorization: I authorize Educa Tutoring Inc. to photograph, film, or otherwise record my child /myself while participating in activities at the tutoring centre.

2. Use of Media: Photos and videos may be used in printed publications, online platforms, websites, and social media channels owned or managed by Educa Tutoring Inc. Images may also be used for general promotional and marketing purposes.

3. Confidentiality: No full names of students will be published without explicit written permission.

4. Voluntary Consent: I understand that consent is voluntary and that I may withdraw my consent in writing at any time by contacting info@educatutoring.com.

5. No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of these images or recordings.
