Flexible by design
Cancel free up to 24 hours before a session. Cancel a plan session in time and you rebook it the same week, at no charge. Miss it with under 24 hours' notice and the hour is used. Hours we cancel, like a centre closure, go to your family hours bank, which never expires. Need an extra class beyond your plan? A flat $35, or upgrade anytime.
