In person at our Montreal centre, in semi-private sessions, grouped by grade and subject. Each session is a structured one-hour block.
We can open Mondays 6 to 8 PM, Wednesdays 5 to 8 PM and weekends 10 AM to 2 PM, closed Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Hours change week to week with demand, capacity and tutor availability, so check the live calendar for our actual open hours over the next three weeks.
Yes. From your dashboard you can ask for an hour that isn't open yet or is full: Monday to Thursday with a start from 4 PM to 8 PM, or Saturday and Sunday with a start from 9 AM to 3 PM. When enough families ask for the same hour, we work to open it or add seats. For a full hour you can also join the waitlist, and we hold a seat for you when one comes free.
From your dashboard, up to 24 hours before. Cancel in time and the hour returns to your plan that week, or to your family hours bank. Later than 24 hours, the hour is used.
Yes. Every child gets one free first class, no card needed. Add more children and each gets their own free first class.
You'll get a confirmation, and your sessions appear in your dashboard. We assign the tutors for each hour and you'll see them in your booking summary.
You pay first, then pick your weekly recurring times, one for each session your plan includes. Lock in the times that work and tap "Skip for now" on the rest. A skipped slot is still part of your plan: you book it a week at a time at any open hour, no extra charge, and we offer to make it recurring once you find a time that fits. Billing starts when payment goes through, and unused weekly hours don't carry over to the next week.
It's one shared balance for your whole family that any of your children can spend on any booking. It fills up when we cancel an hour or close the centre, when you cancel a drop-in or session-pack booking 24 hours ahead, and from session packs and any free hours we add for you. Banked hours never expire. A monthly-plan session you cancel in time is different: you rebook it within the same week rather than banking it.
A flat $35, or you can upgrade to a plan with more weekly sessions. Unlimited is the exception: its extra one-off classes are included at no charge, subject to availability.
Per child. Each child has their own plan, so siblings can be on different ones. The family hours bank, though, is shared across all your children.
Per family. Pack hours go into your family hours bank, and any of your children can use them.
You can set it to non-renew from your dashboard. It stays active until the renewal date, and your child keeps every class and recurring session until then. You can undo it any time before the renewal date.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. On an upgrade you set the extra weekly time, and on a downgrade you choose which weekly times to keep.
Nothing changes right away: your child keeps the weekly times and the classes already booked. We email you and try the card again 1, 3, 5 and 7 days later, and you can add a new card in your dashboard at any time to pay it at once. New bookings and plan changes wait until it’s paid. If it’s still unpaid after 7 days, the plan ends and any weekly times are released.
Grade 1 to Grade 6, then Secondary 1 to Secondary 5.
Only your child's name and grade. Their school is optional. We don't ask for their teachers' details.
Media consent, for photos of your child, is optional and completely separate. You can decline it and still sign up and book, and you can change it anytime in your settings.
Yes. A drop-in is a single class at $35, and your child's first one is free. Session packs are prepaid hours at a lower price per class; they go to your family hours bank, never expire and can be shared across your children.
