2. Scope

This policy applies to all personal information collected through our website (www.educatutoring.com), our in-person tutoring centres, our online parent portal, and any other interactions with Educa Tutoring Inc.

IMPORTANT: Educa Tutoring Inc. provides services primarily to minors. We take the collection of children's personal information extremely seriously.

• All enrollment for students under 14 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Parents and guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's personal information at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer.
